The German broker is located in Neunkirchen, Germany and is using their own website to link to the www.carlabontenrealty.com website to preview current listings and featured properties. The German firm is advertising Southwest Florida listings locally in Germany and are using the current dollar situation to encourage buyers to purchase now.
