To give you some basic information, The Mayan Jungle Resort has officially unveiled the availability and beginning of its residential community. Two communities that have been released are The San Felipe Marina and The Jaguar Golf and Country Club.
 The San Felipe Marina Community features a world class full service marina, with 150  wet slips for yachts up to 150 feet, and dry storage for boats up to 40 feet. We are a by nature protected harbor, protected from storms of the Caribbean. Since records have been kept, this Bay has never suffered the wrath of Caribbean hurricanes. San Felipe is a community on the water, with houses of various sizes fronting the marina, the canals and the golf course. Within walking distance you will find shops, restaurants, and everything to make your daily life a pleasure. There is a Spa and Wellness Center, Fitness Center, Church, Business Center with high speed internet, Community Center and Clinic with 24 hour staff, Five Star Hotel, Open Air Theater, and even a market to buy fresh product and fish. San Felipe is the Venice of the Caribbean.
  The Jaguar Community and Golf Club is situated in a forest just above the marina town of San Felipe. An 18 hole world class golf course is complemented by the Mayan themed Jaguar Golf Club, which features a restaurant, clubhouse, pro shop and store, formal dining room, cocktail lounge, tennis, squash and racquetball courts, and a business center. There are many house types, all featuring Caribbean and colonial style. Most houses have views of the golf course or freshwater lake. Within the community you may walk to the club, or shops, enjoy the plazas, water features, views to the bay and forest, or simply relax in a hammock in your private courtyard. Just outside the town is an equestrian center, with horse trails throughout the property. Hiking and biking trails will take you.
