She is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and the Florida Auctioneers Association.

Cary Meeks, was born and raised in Texas. He has an extensive military career serving our country for over twenty-two years, in Korea, Vietnam and in Germany.

Following his army career he worked in the printing industry. During that time he traveled extensively around the United States, Canada, Mexico and even Puerto Rico. Cary began his career in Real Estate in Connecticut where he sold properties for four years before deciding to relocate to the sunny state of Florida.

Cary and his wife Hermine have enjoyed many years of marriage, raised four children and now are grandparents to nine wonderful grandchildren.

Kathleen and Bruce Knauss, Realtors®

Kathleen was licensed in Pennsylvania in 1976 while working for a real estate Attorney. This was the start of hercareer. She went to work for a prestigious firm in the Philadelphia suburbs area and became involved with both residential and commercial real estate. She was the recipient of multi million dollar sales awards for many years. Specializing in Residential sales and listings and working with couples transferring to the area, she enjoyed the rewards of finding young people new homes in desirable locations. Due to the demand for homes, many of her sales were new construction. Through the years she furthered her knowledge by taking numerous real estate courses, including the Graduate Realtor Institute I course.

Bruce retired from a managerial career that included plant management for a convenience store company in the Philadelphia area. When he retired in 1995, Bruce took the Pennsylvania Real Estate course at Polley Institute and was licensed as a real estate agent. After enjoying a few years in the business, Bruce and Kathleen moved to Florida in 2001 and quickly became involved in the Florida Real Estate market.

Terence Oldham, Realtor ®

Born Warwickshire England, Educated Solihull School then commissioned in the Royal Air Force and after being awarded my wings served as a fighter pilot in the Middle East and the UK. On leaving the military I became a founder member of the modern Saudi Arabian air force and eventually was responsible for commanding the defense of southern Saudi Arabia working directly for Prince Sultan the defence minister. After leaving the Middle East I joined British Airways as a pilot and flew worldwide routes for several years.I then left to set up a worldwide cargo airline Pelican Air Transport and subsequently established Anglo Airlines another cargo carrier flying world routes and London Cargo Handling, as its name implies a cargo handling company with bases in London and the provinces. I retired in the 90s and later took up full time residence in Florida where I met and married my wife Marci.
